Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you wish to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
